Presenting our VTC Element knife, a collaboration with local artisans. Real carbon steel blade is distinguished by its exceptional knife edge and how easy it is to sharpen. Each knife that goes in a hat is done according to what is available and fits into the hat band.

Choose options
Our hats are designed to last a lifetime, but they of course age and wear over time. If cared for properly, they will only gain character.
Handle with intention
Always pick up your hat by the brim - not the crown, to maintain its shape.
Keep it dry
Our felt is water-resistant, not waterproof. Wearing in the rain is okay but we do not recommended getting the hats soaked. If it gets wet, let it air dry naturally - away from heat sources.
How to clean it:
For small stains or marks on the felt hats we suggest using a small piece of sandpaper to rub it out. Use a soft brush to remove dust, brushing in a consistent direction. Use steam to revive a misshapen hat and always handle delicate materials with care.
Hat storage
For storage, it's ideal to keep them in a box. Avoid hanging on hooks to prevent marks.

We prepare and ship each order within 72 hours, with every piece crafted in-house by skilled artisans. This approach allows us to move with purpose - reducing excess, avoiding overproduction, and honoring the hands behind the work.
All orders are shipped via courier, with rates calculated at checkout.
Delivery typically arrives within Domestic and Europe orders between 5-7 days.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-18 days.

LEATHER SWEATBAND
TAHATAN hats feature an inside vegetable-tanned leather sweatband that wraps around the head for the sized option.
CLEANSING HAT
Each hat is gently cleansed with sage before packaging - clearing energy and setting intention for its journey to you.
