Western Weight is a structured Nutria felt with a firm brim. Dress Weight is a lighter Nutria or Rabbit felt with a flexible brim. All felt colors are available in both weights.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed take 2-5 business days to ship due to the nature of our business and where we live.
Domestic and Europe orders can take anywhere from 5-12 days.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-18 days.

We gladly accept returns on full-priced items within 21 days of purchase, as long as the items are in their original condition with any tags or content attached.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all box content, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Your return must be lodged and returned within 21 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds to the original payment method are eligible on full-priced styles only.
