HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HAT SIZE
To take the measurement, place the tape around your head around where you want the hat to sit. This should roughly be about 1/8" above your ear, across the mid forehead and completely circle the head. Hold the tape firmly but not too tight. Take the measurement and use the chart below to convert to the hat size. If your measurement falls between sizes, opt for the next larger size.

FACE SHAPE GUIDE
The shape of your face is crucial for a custom felt hat because it dictates the ideal crown height and brim width. Hats either add height or width. By matching your structural features (angles or curves) with the right hat proportions, you can perfectly frame your face and achieve visual balance.
Oval: Faces that are longer than they are wide, with a slightly curved jawline and forehead. This is considered the most versatile face shape, as most hat styles will complement your features.
Round: Faces that are as wide as they are long, with soft, curved features and no angles. Look for hats with a wide brim or tall crown to create the illusion of length.
Diamond: Faces that are widest at the cheekbones and narrow at both the forehead and chin. Look for hats with a moderate too wide brim to add width to your forehead and balance your features.
Square: Faces that are more angular, with a strong jawline and forehead. Look for hats with a curved shape or rounded crown to soften your features.
Heart: Faces that are widest at the forehead and taper to a point at the chin. Look for hats with a narrow brim or low crown to balance your features.
