Our hats are designed to last a lifetime, but they of course age and wear over time. If cared for properly, they will only gain character.
Handle with intention
Always pick up your hat by the brim - not the crown, to maintain its shape.
Keep it dry
Our felt is water-resistant, not waterproof. Wearing in the rain is okay but we do not recommended getting the hats soaked. If it gets wet, let it air dry naturally - away from heat sources.
How to clean it:
For small stains or marks on the felt hats we suggest using a small piece of sandpaper to rub it out. Use a soft brush to remove dust, brushing in a consistent direction. Use steam to revive a misshapen hat and always handle delicate materials with care.
Hat storage
For storage, it's ideal to keep them in a box. Avoid hanging on hooks to prevent marks.
